"Our aim is to provide our clients with superb trophies and a memory of an adventure and experience which will be recalled for many years to come"
At Pleasant Point in South Canterbury is a taxidermy business that has been producing top quality trophy taxidermy for almost 60 years. Rob and Catherine and the team have followed in Gerald O'Rourkes footsteps and continued his vision of offering world-class taxidermy using the most modern methods and materials. Over the years they have completed many thousands of highly prized hunting trophies for both New Zealand and overseas clients.'
During this time we have been variously contracted to mount specimens for the Museum of New Zealand, the Auckland Museum, the Canterbury Museum, and the N.Z. Department of Conservation. Being keen hunters has enabled them to have a thorough knowledge and appreciation of how the finished trophy should look and thereby provide the hunter with a life-long memory of his or her hunt.
The company is NZ Ministry of Primary Industries certified and is a fully Export Approved Premises, registered to export to all countries including the European Union.
